Holiday home “Stony”
The house is located on the edge of the forest at the end of an approx. 1 km long gravel road in a small housing estate (approx. 20 houses). The property offers enough space to relax and play on approx. 5000 square meters. The next neighbor is approx. 200 m away as the crow flies.
Most important distances – easily accessible by car: next fishing lake approx. 10 minutes, next sea or lake bathing beach approx. 25 minutes, next supermarket and gas station approx. 15 minutes – depending on the vehicle and driving style 🙂

The vacation home
The house is a half-timbered house with approx. 66 m² of living space. With a simple and functional equipment and furnishings – a cozy house in a wonderful environment.
It has 5 rooms: dining and living room, bedrooms 1 and 2, kitchen, bathroom.
It can sleep up to 4 adults | Teenagers | Children plus a child or travel cot for a toddler.
There is a play area next to the house and in front of the house there is a fireplace with 3 benches and next to it a rain-protected, illuminated terrace with two tables and up to 10 seats (2 benches for up to 3 people and 4 chairs each), as well as a charcoal grill.
Living and dining room
In the living and dining room there is a spacious, extendable dining table (can also be used as a workplace) with 6 chairs and a baby high chair, as well as 2 sofas for up to 6 people and an armchair and 1 coffee table. 1 corner cupboard with glasses, 1 wall cupboard with books that can be read during your stay. There is also a cupboard with a mirror in which there are dishes. Wall and ceiling lamp and floor lamp. Electric heating. Fireplace stove. Wood floor. 4 windows with blinds and 1 fly screen. German TV and radio channels are received by satellite (Astra 19.2 degrees East – with many other channels, including other countries; no Pay TV / no HD+, the Astra website offers the full list of channels). There is a 32″ flat screen TV, a CD-MP3 player, a DVD player and loudspeakers.
Bedroom no. 1
Bedroom no.1 contains 1 double bed (180 x 200 cm) with 2 mattresses of 90 x 200 cm, 2 mattress protectors, 2 duvets (135 x 200 cm) and 2 pillows (80 x 80 cm). There is also a wardrobe. Wood floor. Ceiling and wall lamp and 2 wall reading lamps. 2 windows with blinds and blackout fabric and 1 fly screen. Electric heating. 1 wall mirror. 1 hair dryer.
Bedroom no. 2
Bedroom no.2 contains 1 bunk bed with 2 beds (90 x 200 cm) one above the other, each with 1 mattress, 1 mattress protector, 1 duvet (135 x 200 cm) and 1 pillow (80 x 80 cm). A cot with a foam mattress (approx. 120 x 60 cm) is also available. The baby bed can be placed in any room and you are welcome to use your own mattress. There is also a drawer cabinet. Wooden floor and 1 play mat and 1 diaper pail. 1 ceiling lamp and 2 wall reading lamps. 2 windows with blinds and blackout fabric and 1 fly screen. Electric heating. 1 wall mirror.
Kitchen
The kitchen has 1 stove with 4 hobs and 1 oven (both electric). 1 extractor hood over the stove. 1 combination device with refrigerator and freezer. Microwave. Washing machine. Dishwasher. For information: the washing machine and dishwasher cannot be operated at the same time, only separately. Powder coffee machine (filter size 4). Dolce Gusto capsule coffee machine. Water heater. Hand mixer. Toaster. Pots, pans, cutlery, dishes (plates, etc.), glasses, bowls, etc. are available. 2 worktops. 1 sink with 1 swiveling tap (hot and cold water) with a drip tray and 1 dishes / drip basket. 1 ceiling light, 1 worktop light. Electric heating. 2 windows with blinds and 1 fly screen. PVC and wooden floor (the colorful carpet runner has already been removed). House access. Garbage can. Vacuum cleaner. Broom. Shoe rack. Clothes horse (this can also be used on the terrace). Shovel and broom. Floor wiper and bucket. Cleaning supplies. Dish sponge / cloth. Dish soap. Detergent (mostly powder), dishwasher tabs. In the corridor between the kitchen and the living and dining area there is a cloakroom (including clothes hangers) and a shoe rack.
Bathroom
The bathroom has 1 hand basin and 1 shower (both hot and cold water). 1 toilet. 1 wall mirror cabinet. Liquid soap in the dispenser. Several wall / door hooks for towels or clothes. Trash can, toilet brush. 2 step stools in different heights for children (e.g. in front of the sink). 1 small window (near the ceiling). 1 wall lamp. Electric heating. There is no 230 volt socket in the bathroom (as is common in Sweden). PVC floor (‘Plastmatta’).
