The following information provides an overview of the prices, discounts, services and availability of the rental properties ‚Stony‘ and ‚Woody‘. At the bottom of this page is the form for the non-binding reservation request<\/strong>: while this form is being filled in, the details chosen are listed and can be modified at any time before sending.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After the non-binding reservation request has been sent, we will contact you to discuss the further procedure and to make any changes if necessary – we will also provide the rental agreement in this context, which lists all relevant information that is of interest before the intended booking. In addition, we are blocking the requested period of stay for the time being so that no other bookings are received for the requested period of stay. An actual booking is made when we receive the rental agreement signed by the guest, we also sign it and send it back to the guest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

More than 1 week = 10 %
More than 2 weeks = 15 %
More than 3 weeks = discount will be increased by 2.5% each, i.e. from 17.5% to max. 30%<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Depending on the desired length of stay, the highest discount will be applied to the total rental price and displayed at the bottom of the reservation request before it is sent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please also inquire about long-term stays of 9 weeks or more<\/strong>, here we will then agree an individual price, depending on the desired length of stay and the season.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Electricity<\/strong> consumption from May to September<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

We want to save resources: the following electricity consumption is included in the rental price for each booked night of stay<\/strong>.
\u201cFair Use Policy\u201d on electricity consumption: a sustainable and responsible use of resources is the basis for a fair rental price, which also contributes to an economical and ecological stay without restricting individual needs. For each booked night of the stay, the following electricity consumption is included in the rental price.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

For information: during past stays (2020 to 2022), an average of 16.47 kWh of electricity was consumed per house in 24 hours – proof is available if required. You can also request the current electricity consumption at any time during your stay. If more electricity is required overall, then only the additional consumption will be calculated fairly at EUR 0.35 per kWh, whereby a tolerance of at least 10% is also deducted. Additional „electricity packages“ with a discount can also be booked after booking. And in the event of additional consumption, calculations are always made to the advantage of the guest. Distribution of electricity consumption when both houses are occupied: house „Woody“ = 40% and house „Stony“ = 60%. If only one house is occupied: guest = 97% and landlord = 3%. This pricing leads to the fairest price for everyone, because a flat rate would mean a higher rental price for all guests, but it is cheaper for guests who pay attention to resources. For guests who consume more, only the additional consumption is taken into account at a fair price and not more than was actually consumed \u2013 this is usually cheaper than a flat rate. In addition, no guest should be disadvantaged: for regular use, the maximum costs for additional consumption are limited to EUR 30 per booked night per house. Currency = Euro, incl. VAT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Electricity <\/strong>consumption from October to April – „low season“<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

We also want to conserve resources in the ‚low season‘, but we are aware that during this time more energy may be required for heating, so the following applies: for each booked night of stay<\/strong> the following electricity consumption is included in the rental price<\/strong> – otherwise the same applies to electricity Rules as stated above. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

A one-time deposit <\/strong>is required for each stay, which depends on several factors and will be displayed in the reservation request below for details of the desired stay before the reservation request is sent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The WLAN\/WiFi access<\/strong> (internet connection via the Swedish mobile network) is included in the rental price.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
