The holiday homes are located in the southernmost Swedish province \u2018Sk\u00e5ne\u2019 (German = \u2018Schonen\u2019), right on the edge of the forest at the end of a small settlement, east of Lund, Malm\u00f6 and Copenhagen, about 17 km west of the sandy beach of the Baltic Sea<\/strong> (as the crow flies), between Ystad in the south & Kristianstad in the north, in the \u00d6sterlen region \u2013 lovingly referred to as \u2018the Tuscany of Sweden<\/strong>\u2018 or also like this: \u2018A small Scandinavian province \u2013 and a big paradise<\/strong>\u2018.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The area around the holiday homes offers a wonderful mix, is, so to speak, \u201crelaxing | close to nature | eventful\u201c<\/strong> at the same time, with relatively short distances to numerous places that invite you to relax, enjoy and recharge your batteries, always surrounded by a unique, wildly beautiful and intact nature<\/strong>, as well as a wide range of countless and special experiences, regardless of whether in sporting, cultural or culinary terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This impressive combination, in addition, the proximity to the sea and beach<\/strong> in three directions \u2013 and in many places the flowing transitions from the original, diverse landscapes into the cozy, sometimes pulsating, urban life<\/strong> \u2013 these are optimal conditions for bringing the individual wishes into harmony with the community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In \u2018Sk\u00e5ne\u2019 and \u2018\u00d6sterlen\u2019 you simply feel very welcome<\/strong> \u2013 it is a wonderful \u2018spot of earth\u2019 for, among others, holidaymakers, adventurers, digital nomads, those preparing to emigrate, those seeking relaxation, \u2018lake-, beach-, sea- and nature-lovers\u2019, families, children, couples, singles, connoisseurs, athletes, leisure enthusiasts, dropouts, hikers, bikers and many more. We also believe that, on the one hand, our fair pricing enables an inexpensive stay and, on the other hand, our efforts contribute at least a small part to make your trip more pleasant, so that everyone involved ultimately has a pleasant, stress-free and happy time<\/strong> and the following quote also will apply to you: \u201cWhoever has been to Sk\u00e5ne comes back. Again and again.<\/strong>\u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n

More and more people are enjoying their stays in Sweden. We especially in our region of Sk\u00e5ne in southern Sweden. The selection of a destination region can be made based on information found in travel guides or other sources. Ideally, if all travelers then decide together to do so. This should also apply to the type of accommodation, whether hotel, guesthouse, private room or ‚own‘ holiday home. We would like to point out here, because it may not be clear to everyone that in almost all holiday homes in this region, including ours, no artificial ‚heating climate‘ is generated. So the climate in the house is the same as in the nature that surrounds the house. Climate tables for this region show (e.g. on weatherandclimate (dot) c o m) that the temperatures, even in summer and at least at night, are regularly below 20\u00b0C and generally there is a high humidity, on average about 80%, 40 to 60% would be desirable. So the climate in the house is corresponding, with everything that goes with it. The Swedes even use their ‚own‘ terms for this, such as „stugdoft“ or „stuglukt“ \u2013 loosely translated, this could be understood as „hut scent or hut smell“. This is not only due to the prevailing climate there, but often also to the construction method with building materials, some of which are over 100 years old, which contribute to these conditions. Staying in a hotel or in more southern areas would probably be a better choice for those who are bothered by such conditions. A holiday home, including ours, is not a hotel and is characterized by these circumstances! All of this is no secret and should actually be known, but it is important for us to talk about it openly and directly, even if it may seem paradoxical. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
